    Physicist Dr. Gerald Guralnik spoke to physics students and teachers about his co-discovery of the Higgs boson, an elementary particle.

    Mr. Hall greets students on Bike and Walk to School Day. Students received stickers and were entered to win gift certificates in a raffle.

    Daniel Alvarez, Maria Victoria Zalles, and Kevin Salvador were honored at the Embassy of Spain for their winning essays in the annual writing contest sponsored by the embassy.

W-L Announcements

  • SOL Testing Begins Thursday, May 16th
     
    **Don't forget that there will be an altered scheduled for the week of May 28th - 31st. Please check your SOL schedule to know if you should arrive at 8:19 or if you have late arrival at 11:11. There will be two bus runs next week. For late arrival, please catch your bus three hours later than usual.**
     
    This year's Standards of Learning (SOL) testing will run from Thursday, May 16th to Friday, May 31st. School will run on a normal schedule for most of the testing days, however, during the week of May 28th - 31st some students may have an altered schedule if they do not have an SOL test in the morning. All students received an SOL schedule, which they should complete with the assistance of their teachers. An additional copy of that schedule is attached here. If you have any questions, please contact the main office.
