APS Grades Online

APS Grades Online is a web-based tool that provides secondary teachers an added way to communicate student progress to families. Teachers will add new grades to progress reports and post them, as they are available, through this online service each Tuesday. APS Grades Online will be available 24 hours a day, through any internet connection on any computer except during brief periods for maintenance.

To log in, click the link below, and use your unique Activation Code to set up your account. If you did not receive a letter but think you should have, or if you need help with your login, click the “More Help” link at the bottom of this page.

Note: If you have a question about information on the Student Report, first talk to your student, then if you need further assistance, contact your student’s teachers for additional clarification.
