Oakridge Elementary School welcomes everyone to our international neighborhood school! Our children come to us from our lovely Arlington neighborhoods and from all over the world. Our international families are from the embassies, military, Pentagon and DC area graduate schools. The children and staff come from over fifty countries and speak more than thirty different languages. We are an excellent, thriving school for children in pre-kindergarten through grade five. We enjoy tremendous community support and numerous family-centered activities sponsored by our staff and very active PTA. 

 

Our excellent faculty and staff support rigorous and engaging learning experiences that maximize achievement for all students, whatever their needs. Through Mosaic, our Exemplary Project, students enjoy a school-wide program that enhances their experiences with geography and cultures of the world. Our beautiful building and numerous resources make our learning atmosphere positive and bright.
