ASHLAWN PHYSICAL EDUCATION FUN RUN/WALK

SATURDAY, APRIL 27^th  8:30 AM (Rain or Shine)

Everyone is welcome to run or walk!

$10 for T-Shirt (pre-order)

1^st graders and below will run or walk 1 time around (about ¼ mile) a specially designed course on the Ashlawn field.  2^nd graders will run or walk 2 times around, 3^rd graders 3 times, 4^th graders 4 times and 5^th graders and adults 5 times.  Upon completion participants will receive their t-shirt.

Liability Waiver: (must be signed before mailing) I know that running or walking this event is a potentially hazardous activity and that I should not enter and run or walk unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of an event official relative to my ability to safely complete the run or walk. I assume all risks associated with this event , including, but not limited to; falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and conditions of the course; I know and appreciate all such risks. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration for your accepting my entry, I, for myself and for anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the organizers and volunteers of the Ashlawn P.E. Run/Walk, Arlington Public Schools, Ashlawn PTA, and all of their representatives and successors, from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. Further, I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs or motion pictures of this event for legitimate purposes.
