Interact/AFAC 4000
interact 1 Way to go, Gunston!  A big thank you to all Gunston TAs! The 2nd quarter Interact/AFAC 4000 Competition collected 581 lbs of food, brought our yearly total to 1178 & achieved our goal of 1000 lbs by Thanksgiving!
And the winners are . . .
6th Grade - Ms. McNeese's TA with 61 items
7th Grade Ms. Conway's TA with 63 items
8th Grade Mr. Rinker's TA with 63 items
Even though Mr. Rinker & Ms. Conway's TAs were tied in total numbers, Ms. Conway's students brought more items per student so they were declared the grand prize winners! TAs will have 2 more opportunities to compete in the Interact/AFAC 4000 later this year. Don't forget to continue bringing food for AFAC all year long - our goal is 4000 lbs!
AFAC current needs the following items:interact 2
