    Physicist Dr. Gerald Guralnik spoke to physics students and teachers about his co-discovery of the Higgs boson, an elementary particle.

W-L Announcements

  • SOL Testing Begins Thursday, May 16th
     
    This year's Standards of Learning (SOL) testing will run from Thursday, May 16th to Friday, May 31st. School will run on a normal schedule for most of the testing days, however, during the week of May 28th - 31st some students may have an altered schedule if they do not have an SOL test in the morning. All students received an SOL schedule, which they should complete with the assistance of their teachers. An additional copy of that schedule is attached here. If you have any questions, please contact the main office.

  • Guys and Dolls Garners Three Cappies Nominations
     
    Congratulations to Jeffrey Warren (Lead Actor in a Musical) and Alicia Hartz (Lead Actress in a Musical) who were nominated for Cappie Awards for their performances in Guys and Dolls. The Generals Players (under the direction of music teacher Theresa Severin) were also nominated for Outstanding Orchestra.
