The mission of the Gunston Library Media center is to provide a welcoming, resource-rich environment where students and staff can become effective users of ideas and information and where literature and technology together promote life-long learning.
"Today's Readers - Tomorrow's Leaders"
We welcome you to the Gunston Library. At the heart of our school, the library is integral to school life in middle school. All Gunston students frequent the library on a regular basis with their classes and are invited to come in on their own time. We are open at lunch and after school for research, quiet reading and check out.
At the library, we
are fascinated by technology and
are excited by learning.
Most of all, we love middle school students and look forward to seeing you every day!
Come visit us - check out a book, use a computer or just come and chat.
That was then . . . the Gunston Library in the 1960's.
