H2O for Life

H20 for Life is making it possible for thousands of students and teachers around the world to connect with their counterparts on the other side of the world, and get an up-close look at what life is like in a rural village in Bangladesh, without leaving the classroom. H-B has partnered with two schools, one in Bangladesh and one in Haiti. We are raising funds for water, sanitation, hygiene, and education projects for our partner school.

For the past two years, HBW teacher Cecilia Allen's French and Spanish for fluent speakers' classes have supported H20 for Life with various HBW-based fundraisers. This year they are planning a 5K trail run on May 21 along the trails of Potomac Overlook Park.
