Employers are required to provide employees with specific information ("notices") concerning their rights and responsibilities under a benefits program. These notices cover a variety of topics and may not apply to everyone.
The Legal Notices also include important information about your right to elect COBRA Continuation Coverage, which is a temporary extension of your current coverage under the Plan. It is important for you to understand your COBRA rights, the procedures you need to follow should certain situations occur, and where you can find out additional information.
