On April 26th at 9 a.m., Long Branch students will be holding a Kids Walk to Cure Diabetes, organized by the Junior Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Kids Walk to Cure Diabetes is an educational fundraising program that raises money to find a cure for type 1 diabetes. While raising money for JDRF to fund type 1 diabetes research, students learn about diabetes and the importance of making healthy choices. Several of our students have this disease. This will be our April Lion Pride Activity and put all of us in the Team Long Branch Spirit. For more information go to:
