  • Spanish for Fluent Speakers Placement Test
    All students who already understand spoken Spanish and can speak it fluently with family and friends are invited to take a placement test and join the Fluent speakers program that we offer. The Placement test will take place on January 29 in room 3207 during periods 3/GP/and first lunch. The SFS program gives students a chance to study reading and writing in Spanish, while in an immersion environment surrounded by other students from all over the Spanish-speaking world! In order to join the program and to be placed at the correct level, see Mrs. Karaky World Languages Department Chair in room 3207 for more information.

  • Senior Yearbook Ads
    Are you interested in showcasing your son or daughter in the 2015 yearbook? The Blue and Gray yearbook team is now offering an easy solution - student ads! This year, the process is online and much easier. Parents: simply go to www.jostensadservice.com, log-in using your Jostens account number, then customize pictures and a special message that will be printed in the yearbook. We are offering a variety of size and price options this year, and you can pay with a credit card. You can purchase a 2015 W-L yearbook online too at www.jostensyearbooks.com. The price is currently at $83 and will continue to increase throughout the year. Don't delay!

  • APS ParentVue
    Families can now access student schedules, class attendance, grades, and report cards through ParentVue and the Family Access Center. You can reach the Family Access Center through W-L's Site Shortcuts, the W-L Parents tab, or the APS website Parents tab. Click here to link to a brief instruction guide on some of ParentVue's functions.
    Information about ParentVue was mailed home in August. To create an account and log into ParentVUE, you need a valid email address and the Activation Code provided in the letter that was sent to you. Then follow the steps in the letter to register and set up your password. If you did not receive a letter or misplaced your Activation Code, you can email W-L's registrar at debbie.germosen@apsva.us.
