Kenmore Middle School was a top fundraiser for the annual Special Olympics Polar Plunge. The Kenmore Cougars raised over $5,000 and placed in the top 4 for fundraising organizations and had a top individual fundraiser, 8th Grader Noah Johnson! This is Noah’s second year as a top individual fundraiser.
The Kenmore Cougars Team included Super Teachers Eurith Bowen, Candace Scott, Katelyn Guerro, Karen Edwards; Administrators Jason Love, Octavia Knigge, Cherita Harrod & Dave McBride; and students Anderw Alvarado, Noah Johnson, Tylor Herbas Ramallo, and Leif Young.
These funds will support Kenmore’s Unified Sports basketball team and the all-school Inclusion Revolution which celebrates students with disabilities during a pep rally.
